    • Fasted training might be a controversial topic, but you’ll learn the pros and cons of it and whether it’s something you should do.

    • Wondering whether you should be fuelling during your run, and if you should, what you should eat?

    • This week, you’ll learn how and when you should be fuelling during your training, as well as the type of foods that might be best to use.

    • You’ll learn how to apply this to any run, so that regardless of the intensity or duration, you’ll be able to finish feeling full of energy.

    • Every runner has an underlying desire to improve. Whether that’s just to feel fitter and healthier or instead to smash a personal best, there’s an aspiration to get better.

    • This covers how to use nutrition to create beneficial adaptations from your running, meaning that the hard effort you put into your training doesn’t go to waste.

    • You’ll learn the different components of recovery nutrition and how to individualize it to your needs, as well as understanding whether protein shakes and supplements are something you need to use.

      • Hydration is a complicated subject and it’s easy to get it wrong.

      • In this section you’ll learn how to optimise your hydration levels before, during and after a run. This will enable you to perform better and enjoy your running, but also recover well and feel ready for the next session.

      • It guides you through how to logically analyse your food and pinpoint what might be causing the problem.

      • You’ll learn how to approach this in a stepwise fashion and ensure you optimise your nutrition around running.

      • You'll also learn about the common issue of lacking energy during runs and what you can do to alleviate this.

      • This week covers how you can set up your week to help fuel success.

      • You'll master the perfect balance that you should aim for of the main 3 macronutrients: Protein, fat and carbohydrates.

      • You’ll learn how you can make your own meal plan and ensure that you stay energized and boost your recovery times.
