Hey! I’m James.

My first 70.3 taught me something brutal: fitness doesn’t matter if your nutrition falls apart.

Mine did (spectacularly) and it sent me down a rabbit hole to understand what actually works for triathletes.

Nutrition Triathlon grew out of that obsession — part education, part experiment, part community. I’ve since completed a Masters in Sport & Exercise Nutrition, became a Registered Nutritionist with SENR, and spent over a decade in healthcare. The mission has stayed simple:

Over the years I’ve worked with hundreds of age-groupers and professionals who were stuck with the same problems: fading on the run, gut issues, confusing carb targets, or trying to lose weight without wrecking training. Seeing athletes finally race with stable energy and real confidence is what keeps me doing this.
