About James LeBaigue
The workshop will be led by me, James LeBaigue, a registered performance nutritionist on the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr), part of the British Dietetic Association.
With a master’s degree in sports and exercise nutrition, I specialise in triathlon and work with both amateur and professional triathletes, including competitors in the Ironman Pro Series.
I also work as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in General Practice in the NHS, and an avid triathlete myself, I bring a wealth of experience from both the clinical and athletic worlds. My approach integrates scientific principles with practical strategies tailored for endurance sports.
During this workshop, I'll draw on my extensive experience to guide you through the essentials of 70.3 and full-distance Ironman race nutrition.
